Gift Horse - New Album Out in January!

Gift Horse is working on finishing up the mastering of their new album, which is set to be released in January 2010. 

They've just finished filming a video for the first single, "Missionaries," which will be released in November.  We'll have it posted as soon as it comes out!

Come out to The Drunken Unicorn on November 27, 2009 to hear Gift Horse live, with Before the Solstice and The K-Macks: a stellar show presented by The Moon and Pluto.

Before the Solstice - New Website Launched

Inspired by time, death, mystery, energy, duality, and hope, Before the Solstice combines lyrically-rich songs with a melodic and dynamic soundscape.

Among the myriad of Atlanta-based musicians, Before the Solstice inadvertently connected through their respective escape from cult religions.  Channeling their experience through their instruments, a unique, powerful and bittersweet sound arises, filled with symbolism and conviction.

Wake of the Titan CD Review

Wake of the Titan is one of the most talented, yet humble bands I've been graced to encounter.  Their first album, Good Night Cold Earth is reviewed by Rock Fist Reviews.  They give their CD out for free to anyone interested in listening and you can find it at Wax n Facts Records in Little 5 Points, where it is also available free of charge!

Hypnos Reveur New Recordings

Hypnos Reveur, "your guardian in dreams and neuroscience" has released a new recording with Brent Daniel called Sparks.  It's one of those songs that takes you for a ride through the happier and more hopeful moments in space and time.  Hypnos is a solo artist and collaborator on soundtracks meant to penetrate the subconscious and whisper in the shadows.
